The Gospel Cloud is a way of entering into the story of Jesus Christ, as recorded in the New Testament, via a web browser.
The accounts of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are divided into pericopes – discrete sections of text, containing events or sayings as recorded in one or more of the four Gospels.
Each of these events has its own index page, with links to individual pages for each Gospel account of that event.
From each of these pages you can choose to:

• jump across to read any other versions of the same event (eg from Mark’s account to Matthew’s)
• continue on to read the next passage from the same Gospel
• or return to the Cloud.

Here’s how it works:
the titles of the pericopes float in the Cloud as links…

clicking the Cloud takes you to to an index for an event…

clicking a Gospel reference takes you to that passage…

The Gospel can then be followed in a linear fashion, using the forward and back arrows below the text (or swiping if you are using an iPhone)
or in parallel, using the links to any other Gospel accounts, as listed to the left of the text.
You can return to the Cloud at any time by clicking on the Gospel Cloud title at the top left of the page.

The Cloud is one way of entering the Gospels, but you can also select passages directly from Matthew, Mark, Luke or John using the links below.
You can also use the search field at the top right of this page.
